I was 100% sure that I wanted to stay at this amazing hotel so I booked the non-refundable rate but I accidentally made a typo when booking and booked dates for October instead of September. I had to rebook and repay in full for the same dates in September which is when our travel and flights are scheduled. I tried and tried to get the hotel and hotels.com to update the reservation to September (which is not the same as cancelling at all) but they refused. I'm still staying at this beautiful hotel just in September.
